We just want to say how happy we were with our recommendations to sell our property by Private Treaty and how you got the best price in the building for this type of apartment.

You sold the property in only 2 weeks and at a minimal cost and certainly out classed the ‘expert local agents’ by achieving a price much higher price than they said we would get.
